Rosy’s beginnings unleashed a kind spirit as she grew up on a sailboat. As most children growing up were standing and running on solid ground, Rosy was riding waves and taking in the world from a very different setting. Rooted in free reign, she describes an unconventional worldview where she sees great possibilities while others see only practicalities.
She may seem unconventional or ethereal in nature, however Rosy maintains a strong grounding in taking responsibility for her community and school.
As her ambition matches her spirit, she finds it difficult to cap the inquisitiveness that drives her to create a safe and better world for everyone. She exhibits an insatiable desire to learn more about history, family, and question how the world works. References speak of her incredible value system and her creative thinking and leadership, bringing out the best in individuals and the community.
Rosy will attend Vassar College.
