Rebekah demonstrated the principles of courage, integrity, responsibility and concern for others when she established a successful 4-H Club in her hometown of Burlington.
She then proposed and led a community-wide effort to finance and build a 4-H livestock barn. The building served as the site for programming where young and old alike could enjoy their shared agricultural heritage.
