Connor demonstrated a longstanding and effective commitment to drug and alcohol abuse prevention through leadership positions in the Truth Day Development Committee, Peer Helpers and the Captains Club. He also found the time to become involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities, among them sports, theater and Poetry Out Loud, a national oration competition.
