$2500 Arnold Bushner – Northeast Bank Mainely Character Scholarship
Kimberly founded the Liberian Education Fund, which raised scholarship money to help students who do not have the financial means to attend high school in Liberia. In 2008, , the program supported 12 students from five different counties of Liberia. Under her leadership, nearly 50 Belfast students became involved in the program and a number pledged to sustain it even after Ouillette graduated.
