Abigail is an inspiring example of someone who attempts to see the best in everyone and works to help them see that in themselves.
A patient leader and role model, she has been a peer tutor throughout high school, organizing remote group chats with fellow students during Covid. She enjoys helping others recognize their different learning styles and the methods and strategies that facilitate a more productive and positive work ethic. Mature beyond her years, she believes most people strive to be the best version of themselves.
As the co-founder of the Environmental Club at Marshwood High School, Abigail spearheaded the effort to initiate recycling and waste reduction policies at the school, in addition to educating the school community. Active in the Interact Club, she also volunteers at her long-time dance studio.
Described as a silent leader who far exceeds the standards and consistently promotes civil discourse, Abby is a genuine listener, extremely open-minded and always trying to see the good in everyone. Abigail will attend Wentworth Institute of Technology in the fall.
